Which Bilibili links are supported?
Clipsey supports public Bilibili video pages with BV IDs, including multipart links with a valid p value, plus official b23.tv short links.
What quality and format will I get?
The first release provides one combined 720p MP4 with video and audio. It does not merge separate DASH streams or offer 1080p yet.
Can Clipsey download private or login-only videos?
No. The resolver only accesses public videos available without a Bilibili account, cookies, or credentials.
Why is there a 500 MB limit?
The initial downloader is intentionally bounded for predictable reliability and cost. Videos reported above 500 MB are rejected before a download link is issued.
Why does the download link expire?
Each link is signed and short-lived so Clipsey cannot be used as an open proxy. Prepare a fresh link if yours expires before you start the download.
Does Clipsey preload the whole video?
No. The result uses only the Bilibili thumbnail. Video bytes start transferring only after you click the download button.
